SHIPPING

All packaging and shipping is done in-house by Kel and Mel. As a two-person company, we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, with the aim to ship all purchases within 10-12 business days. Please note, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If you need your purchase by a specific date, contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of our products, and the time and attention to detail dedicated to assembling orders ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We encourage you to view all images of a product and double check the specifications prior to ordering.

We take great care in making sure your purchase arrives in the same condition as we send it, but if it has been damaged in transit, please notify us IMMEDIATELY at [email protected].

Variances and imperfections are distinct characteristics adding beauty to products that are made by hand in small batches. These are not considered damages or defects.
